摘要
用聚合酶链反应与酶切技术相结合,对10例重叠甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)感染的慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者进行了前C区A1896终止变异和C区L97(异亮氨酸→亮氨酸)变异的动态检测。结果:重叠感染组第一次PCR检测HBVDNA和Al896、L97变异检出率分别为10%、17%和10%,明显低于单独HBV感染组的65%、68%和54%(P<0.001),结果提示,重叠HAV感染可对HBV产生抑制作用,肝损害主要与HAV感染有关。
1896 stop mutation of precore gene and L97 (isoleucine leucine)mutation of core gene in 10 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B super infection hepatitis A virus (HAV) were dynamically detected by combining polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with restriction fragment length polymorphism.The present rate of HBV DNA of lst PCR and mutations of A1896 and L97 in superinfection group is 10%,17% and 10% respectively,which is significantly less than 65%.68% and 54% of HBV infection alone respectively (P<0.01).The results suggest superinfection HAV might take suppressional role on HBV,the liver demage is largely due to HAV infection.
