摘要
本文以综述的形式,汇集了化学分析方法容量分析(滴定分析法)和仪器分析法中各类方法测定食盐中微量碘(含碘酸钾、碘化钾)的检测方法,在对几类方法的研究近况进行评述的同时,也对主要方法的原理,仪器药品及操作做了简单介绍,供同行们参考研究。
In the form of summarization,this paper marshals chemical anaysis methods such as volumetry （titrimetry）and all kinds of methods of instrument analysis method for determining trace iodine （containing potassium iodate and potassium iodide）.At the same time of commenting the recent situation of research of several methods, this paper also briefly introduces the theory of main methods, instruments,chemicals and operation, which can be of reference to the colleagues.
