摘要
文章综述了目前国际上盐藻生产采收应用的几种主要方法，并对采收工艺的优化和盐藻β－胡萝卜素的生产发展进行了探讨。
In this paper several main methods (including gas floatation, cell flocculation, hydrophobic adsorption and centrifugation) widely used in Dunaleina salina harvesting are reviewed. The optimization of recovery processes and the development of β-carotene production are disecussed.
