摘要
医学生成长成才离不开社会主义现代化建设的需要和高等学校素质教育的目标。把医学专业人才的培养要求转化为医学生的个体内在综合素质是一个漫长而复杂的过程,而青年志愿者活动是这一过程中不可缺少的重要内容,也是把医学生培养成为合格的医务工作者的有效途径。青年志愿者活动对于医学生公民意识的培养、道德素质和业务素质的培养都具有十分重大的现实意义。
The growth and development of medical students is based on the needs of the socialist modemization building and the goals of educating people in the quality of college education. It is through the process of education and training of medical students in the community and in the practice of subjective efforts, the medical professional education requirements will be converted into inherent quality of the individual process. Youth volunteers＇ activities is so important content of the education and training of medical students that the medical workers will become eligible as an effective carder. Youth volunteers＇ activities have great realistic and guiding significance for medical students＇ civil awareness training, ethics training and the operation quality improvement. It is an important way for them to grow up.
