摘要 简要介绍了一种新颖的具有对强度干扰进杆补偿的光纤接近觉传感器,重点研究基于传感器受结构参数变化影响最小的多目标优化模型,并得到传感器的最优结构参数,它对传感器的设计具有重要指导意义。 This paper briefly introduces a novel fiberoptic proximity sensor with intensity compensation,and the emphasis is to study the multi-object's optimum model based on considering the variation of the sensor structure parameters and making the effects to a minimum. Finally,the optimum structure parameters are found,which play a great role in designing sensor.
