本文以TCD1501C为图像传感器,描述了线阵CCD相机电路的设计过程。介绍了CCD驱动、A/D转换、对外接口部分,并给出了解决方案和实现方法。
The design of the circuit of a linear CCD camera based on image sensor TCD1501C was presented. CCD driver, A/D converter and interface parts were described and the realizations of those were also given.
