摘要
《故事新编》中的"油滑"实质上是指对某种无意义存在的发现与质疑。体现在小说中就是无所不在的"吃"。"吃"不仅具有鲁迅所认可的生理学功能,也关涉着整个的中国文化。在"吃人"到"吃饭"的转变中,折射出鲁迅对于重"精神"的国民性批判的深入反省:它仅在理论层面上是有效的,在实践上,制约着"精神"出场的"铁屋子"首先是"身体化"("谋生"、"吃")的文化心理倾向。
The word "slickness" in the Old Tales Retold in fact refers to discoveries and disputes which are in existence and of no use . Reflected in the novel it is "eating". Eating' not only has physiologic function approved by Lu Xun, but also involves in the whole Chinese culture. Changing from "eating man" to "eating food", it reflects a self - questioning on national character criticism in which "spirit" is stressed : it is only effective theoretically. Practically, it is "Iron house" - a cultural psychology tendency of materialization (" making a living" or "eating" ) that restricts "spirit" to come to stage.
