摘要
曹操在建安后期发布的三道求才令,都是有实际内容的用人教令。建安二十二年令列举了五类人才,其中四类都是曹操实际选拔叙用的对象。建安后期选举拔用人才,是经常性的和制度化的,也是在求才令的指导下进行的。求才令与曹操谋划禅代的活动的关联,只能从宽泛的意义上言之。
The three decrees of seeking for talents promulgated by Cao Cao in the late Jian'an Period are all substantive. Five kinds of talents are enumerated in the 22nd year of Jian'an Period, four of which are selected and appointed by Cao Cao. The selection and appointment of talents in late Jian'an Period is regular and institutionalized, also under the guidance of the decrees. We can only define the interrelation between the decrees and Cao cao's activities of substitution tactics in a relatively wide sense.
