摘要
我国的高等教育成本分担中存在着成本归集和核算的假设错误、成本分担制度执行和落实出现偏差等问题。必须认真研究现有的政策,采取总体成本分担比例基本不变,增强学校收费的自主权,对不同地区、不同层次、不同专业的成本分担进行分类控制等改革措施,才能保证教育公平在我国的实现。
As for the issue of how to share the cost of China＇ s higher education, there are some hypothetical mistakes of cost polls and cost accounting, and the execution and implementation of the cost sharing system are not handled properly. Therefore, it is necessary to study the existing policies, tomaintain the basic sharing proportion of overall costs and improve the autonomous rights of charging tuition fees, and to take some reform measures, such as classified control, to share the costs of higher education of different regions, different levels and different specialties. In such a way, education in China could become fare.
