摘要
以银杏胚为外植体,通过应用MS、WS、White培养基和不同组合的外源激素研究对愈伤组织的诱导及其叶绿素的含量。结果表明:MS培养基诱导效果最好;外源激素对银杏愈伤组织叶绿素含量的影响程度为KT>6-BA>NAA>2,4-D;1/4MS+NAA2 mg/L+KT 3 mg/L组合由于有很高的诱导率、较高的生长量、最高的叶绿素含量成为最适宜的培养基。
In this manuscript, the Ginkgo biloba embryo was used as explant for callus induction experiment. Calli were induced from embryos on MS, WS and White medium supplied with various hormone combinations of 2, 4-D, NAA, KT and BA. The induction, growth and chlorophyll content of Ginkgo biloba callus were systematically studied. The results listed as follows: 1) MS medium was the best inducing medium for the Ginkgo biloba embryos; 2) The effects of external hormone on chlorophyll content were different and the order is KT, 6-BA, NAA and 2,4-D; 3) 1/4 MS medium supplied with NAA 2mg/L and KT 3 mg/L was the best medium for its highest chlorophyll content.
