摘要
根据深井泵能量补偿装置工作原理和增产原理的分析,指出补偿装置有三个优点:抽汲高粘度原油或在低压低产油井中抽油有利;可以减少气体影响而提高泵效;兼有“井下振荡器”的作用。针对某些文献的不正确观点,提出四点看法:(1)只要有沉没度,动液面就参与作功,“动液面不作功”的观点不正确;(2)“节省油层能量”的观点既违背油井流入动态关系又无能量来源;(3)补偿装置只能减小气体影响而不能避免气体影响提高泵效;(4)“试验数据有误”的论述也欠妥。
According to an analysis of the operating principle and productivity increasing mechanism of the energy compensating device for a subsurface pump, it is indicated that the energy compensating device has three advantages: being preferable for high viscosity oil recovery or oil production in wells with low pressure and low production; improving the pump efficiency by reducing the effects of gas; functioning as a 'downhole oscillator'. In the light of the incorrect viewpoints presented in some articles, four views are put forward: (1) the working fluid level participates in doing work so long as there is submergence depth; (2)the view saving oil formation energy goes against the inflow performance relationship of an oil well; (3)the energy compensating device can improve the pump efficiency by reducing the effect of the gaS instead of elednating it; (4)the statement 'there existing mistakes among the test data' is improper.
