较详细地介绍了抽油机能量补偿装置（简称补偿泵）的设计要点，并指出补偿泵的最佳参数设计要根据具体井况确定。提出了目前补偿泵使用中所出现的若干问题及解决办法。最后还讨论了如何评价补偿泵的工业试验数据，同时再一次讨论了补偿泵与采收率的关系。
The key points of the design of the energy compensating device on a subsurface pump are introduced in detail, and it is indicated that the optimization of the parameters of the subsurface pump with an energy compensating device depends on the actual well conditions.Some of the problems with the use of this pump and relevant solutions are presented. The method for evaluating the industrial test data of the pump is discussed, and the relationship between the pump and the recovery percent is expounded.
