摘要
通过数据统计分析和特例分析,并以西北大学这种综合性大学作为例证,论述综合性大学的优势与长期稳定地开展基础科学研究之间的密切关系和相互作用。认为正是由于正确处理了基础研究与应用研究的关系,始终稳定支持和加强基础科学研究,才形成了西北大学的特色和优势。
With Northwest University as a case in point, an analysis is made of statistical figures and specific examples, both indicating a close correlation and mutnal influence between the advantage of comprehensive universities and a steady, long-term development of basic scientific research. The study shows that the formation of the characteristics and advantage of Northwest University is due to a correct handling of the relationship between basic scientific research and applied research as well as a continuous, steady support and strengthening of basic scientific research.
