摘要
山东省人力资本发展水平在 17地市之间存在着明显的地区差异和不平衡 ,人力资本发展水平进行综合评价 ,对山东省人力资本的可持续发展具有重要意义 .建立了人力资本的综合评价指标体系 ,用主成分分析法对山东省人力资本的发展水平进行了综合分析 ,整体掌握了山东省人力资本发展的现有水平 .
This paper built up the comprehensive evaluating index system of human capital,comprehensively analyzed and studied the development level of human capital of 17 cities in Shandong Province,revealed the development level and spatial structure of human capital of Shandong,and generally grasped the present level of human capital development of 17 cities in Shandong.In national perspective,obvious differences of human capital's development existed in 17 cities.It is significant for the sustainable development of human capital of Shandong Province to evaluate the development level of human capital of 17 cities.
