摘要
不同基因型的玉米芽尖分生组织在添加适宜浓度6-BA(6-苄基嘌呤)的改良MS培养基上,经过四周诱导培养和四周芽发育培养,获得高频率的丛生芽和再生植株,芽尖倍增数可达3~8芽/芽尖.通过比较试验,建立了利用玉米自交系芽尖分生组织的快速成苗培养体系,确立了诱导丛生芽发生的适宜培养条件和程序,其适宜6-BA浓度为9.0~13.5μmol/l.
おァ n the modified MS medium supplemented with suitable concentrations of 6BA(N6benzyladenine),shoot tip meristems from different genotypes of maize were inoculated for inducing culture and then for shoot development culture,each culture lasted for four weeks,multiple shoot clumps and regenerated plantlets could high frequencily produced,3~8 buds could derived from one original tip.After the comparison of different experiments,a rapid shoot development system was established for the shoot tip meristems from selflines of maize. Optimal culture conditions and procedure for induction of the multiple shoot clumps were made out,9.0~13.5μmol/l 6BA was favourable to produce the multiple shoot clumps.Shoot amount from a original tip showed significantly different in varied genotypes of maize.
