加快江苏沿海开发,尽快培育沿海地区成为新的"增长极",对于全省乃至中国东部沿海地区的发展都具有战略意义。依据"经济增长极理论",科学推进江苏沿海地区资源开发,倾力打造江苏新的增长极。
To the whole Jiangsu province, even to the east coastal areas of China, it plays a strategic role to promote the coastal exploitation to make the coastal area a new ＂rising - pole＂. Based on the Economy - R/sing - Pole Theory, we should promote the exploitation of Jiangsu coastal resources, and put full efforts into making a new ＂rising - pole＂.
