摘要
用提纯的Ｓ．ｍｕｔａｎｓＭＴ６Ｒ（血清型ｃ）表面蛋白Ｐ１加弗氏佐剂对ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ大鼠行腮腺区和背部皮下注射免疫，得到含高效价抗Ｓ．ｍｕｔａｎｓ（血清型ｃ）表面蛋白Ｐ１抗体的大鼠血清和唾液，观察此Ｐ１抗体对已粘附到唾液包被的羟磷灰石微珠（Ｓ－ＨＡ）表面的各型变形链球菌的影响。结果发现抗变链ｃ型表面蛋白Ｐ１抗体对已粘附到Ｓ－ＨＡ表面的Ｓ．ｍｕｔａｎｓＭＴ６Ｒ，Ｓ．ｍｕｔａｎｓＬＭ７，Ｓ．ｍｕｔａｎｓＯＭＺ１７５菌株有一定的解脱粘附作用（Ｐ＜０．０５），而对Ｓ．ｃｒｉｃｅｔｕｓＡＨＴ，Ｓ．ｒａｔｔｕｓＢＨＴ，Ｓ．ｓｏｂｒｉｎｕｓＯＭＺ１７６，Ｓ．ｓｏｂｒｉｎｕｓ６７１５菌株的解脱作用不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
The sera and saliva were obtained from BALB/C rats by injection of the cell surface protein P1 and Freud's adjuvant. High antibody titers were showed in the sera and saliva by an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay. The cells of S.mutans (serotype c, e and f) adhered on salivacoated hydroxyapatite could be detached by the antibodies of the protein P1 of S.mutans MT 6R including in the sera and saliva (P<005), but the antibodies had no influence on the cells of S.cricetus AHT, S.sobrinus OMZ176, S.sobrinus 6715 and S.rattus BHT (P>0.05).
