含C型变形链球菌表面蛋白P_1抗体的唾液膜对两种变形链球菌粘附的影响

摘要 用提纯的S.mutansMT6R(遗传Ⅰ型,血清c型)细胞表面蛋白P1加弗氏佐剂通过局部唾液腺和背部皮下注射免疫BALB/C鼠,得到含高效价民抗体的大鼠唾液。用含P1抗体的唾液包被羟磷灰石激珠(HA),观察含在唾液膜中的c型变链P1抗体对S.mutansMT6R和S.sobrinus6715在HA表面粘附的影响。结果发现唾液膜中的P1抗体可明显抑制S.mutansMT6R和S.so-brinus6715在HA表面的粘附(P<0.05),且抗体对这两种菌的粘附抑制作用无统计学差异(P>0.05)。提示P1抗体可以抑制S.mutans和S.sobrinus对牙面的粘附和定居. The saliva sample were obtained from BALB/C rats inkcted by protein P1 and Freund's adjuvant. rogh antibody titers were showed in the saliva by an enzyrne-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The adherence of cells of S. mutans MT6R and S. sobrinus 6715 on hydroxyapatite beads (HA) coated by saliva with high titer antibodies against the protein P1 (serotype c) was reduced significantly comparing with the adherence of the cells of S. mutans MT6R and S. sobrinus 6715 on HA coated by normal saliva (P<0. 05). The result indicated that the anti-P1 antibodies included in the saliva pellical had adherence inhibition effects on S. mutans MT6R and S. sobrinus 6715.
