摘要
运用三维软件UG对汽车排气消声器进行三维建模,并转换到DYNAFORM软件中建立其有限元模型,通过数值模拟计算出毛坯外形尺寸,不需要几何数学知识,通过给定搭边值及毛坯布置的角度范围,自动找出材料利用率最高的排样方式,避免了繁琐的人工重复计算,并将计算结果与传统方法相比。结果表明,该方法与传统方法计算结果基本吻合,对复杂件计算精度则更高,是一种有效的实用方法。
We build the three-dimension model for the exhaust muffler by the CAD software,UG and import it into the DYNAFORM software for building its FEM model;then we estimate the blank size without any geometry knowledge by simulating the stamping and automatically get the high material-utilization nest without any manual complicated calculation by giving the lap and the range of angle.Compared with the traditional methods,the results show the method is a reasonable method,especially for the complex part, which provides an effective approach for the period design of die.
