摘要
在基于UG CAD和Dynaform的基础上,对汽车某覆盖件的拉深成形过程进行了CAE仿真模拟分析,以改良传统冲模设计与制造过程中耗时长、成本高等缺陷,把制造过程中可能出现的问题集中在设计阶段解决,以便快速经济地制造模具。
The EKE simulation analysis on the drawing process of an automotive metal sheet was made based on UG and Dynaform. The application of CAD technology helps to predict defects in the design process of a stamping die and to find the way to prevent them. Thus the die can be manufactured rapidly and economically.
