摘要
教师职业化和译者职业化是不可阻挡的趋势，两种职业化都对从业人员提出了职业化的高要求．因而在翻译本科专业教学的师资建设中可能会产生矛盾，阻碍高素质翻译教师队伍的建立。我们应尽早注意这两种职业化，对两者之间的矛盾有清醒的认识，并主要采取三种措施，化解这一矛盾。
Both translators/interpreters and university teachers in China are undergoing professionalization, which may have a negative effect on teachers＇ qualifieation in undergraduate translator/interpreter training. Both the professionalization and its effect should he taken seriously by university administrators and translation scholars, and effective measures are to be taken to cope with them.
