摘要
高等学校是全社会的示范区,和谐校园建设是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分。和谐校园是指校内各种要素的相互依存、相互协调、相互促进的状态。目前高等学校校园不和谐的主要原因是,办学指导思想不明确,校内各种利益关系不协调、经费投入和发展规模之间存在矛盾。构建和谐校园的对策是,以人为本,注重内涵,民主法治、协调利益关系,凝练校园文化,建设和谐校园。
Higer schools are the demonstration district of the whole society. The construction of harmonious school is the important part of the construction of harmonious society. Harmonious school is that the school is in the state of mutual independence, hamony and promotion. The article analyzes the main reasons hat cause higher school is not harmonious, puts foruard some measures to construct harmonions shool.
