摘要
介绍了一种可以测量足部在不同负荷下三维形貌的非接触式测量系统。测量系统基于激光线扫描工作原理,由伺服电机驱动的运动平台、足部负荷测量单元、CCD多路图像同步采集单元组成。通过分布在足部周围的八个CCD摄像机图像的拼接,实现了从足趾到足后跟足部轮廓360度的无盲区测量。此系统能自动提取足长、足宽、足后跟宽、足围、足趾高、足弓高、踝高、足背高、足弓曲线和足印等足部特征参数或曲线,得到足型随足部负荷变化的规律,可用于各种专用运动鞋和足部畸形矫正鞋的设计。
A noncontact measurement system for 3-D foot shapes under different loads is described. The measurement system is developed basing on the laser line-scanning method, which consists of a motion unit driven by a servo motor, a load measurement unit and a synchronous multi-channel image capturing unit. A full range of 360 degree profile coverage from toe to heel is completed through eight CCD image assembly. Foot parameters, such as Foot Length, Ball Width, Heel Width, Ball Girth, Toe Height, Arch Height, Ankle Height, Instep Height, Arch Curve and Footprint, can be extracted automatically. The information on how the foot shape changes with loads is important for shoe designing and the foot orthopaedic treatment.
