扁平足与正常足男大学生足底压力及步态特征比较 被引量:17

Comparative research of characteristics on foot pole pressure and foot trait of college students with flat foot and normal foot

摘要 目的分析扁平足大学生的足底压力及步态特征,为相关领域开展深入研究提供参考依据。方法运用比利时Footscan足底压力测试系统,对从河北工程大学1 216名男大学生中筛查出的113名扁平足大学生(扁平足组)和807名正常足大学生(正常足组)进行测试并比较。结果正常足组大学生左足的第4,5跖骨,足跟外侧及右足的第2~5趾骨,第2~5跖骨,足弓,足跟内、外侧峰值压强均大于扁平足组;左足第1跖骨,第2跖骨,足弓及右足第1,2,5跖骨、足跟外侧达峰值压强时间均晚于扁平足组(P<0.05或P<0.01);正常足组的左足第4,5跖骨,足弓及右足第1趾骨,第3,4跖骨,足弓,足跟内侧负荷率均大于扁平足组(P<0.05或P<0.01);正常足组的左足第2,4,5跖骨,足跟外侧及右足第2~5趾骨,第2~5跖骨,足跟内、外侧冲量均大于扁平足组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论扁平足组大学生足底各区域呈现出峰值压强和冲量偏小,达峰值压强时间偏早,左、右足负荷率在第1,3跖骨及足弓差异较大的特征。 Objective To measure the characteristics of foot pole pressure and foot trait in college students with flat foot.Methods Flat panel type FOOTSCAN foot pole pressure test system(Belgium) was used to study the difference between college students with flat foot(n=113) and normal foot(n=807) in Hebei Engineering University.Results In terms of Peak Torque,there were highly significant difference in Meta4,Meta5 and Heel lateral(P0.05) in left feet and in Toe2-5,Meta2,Meta3,Meta4,Meta5,Arch,Heel Medial and Heel Lateral(P0.05) in right feet,the normal foot group was bigger.In terms of the time to reach Peak Torque,there were highly significant difference in Meta1,Meta2 and Arch(P0.05) in left feet and in Meta1,Meta2,Meta5 and Heel Lateral(P0.05) in right feet,the normal foot group was late.In terms of load rate,there were highly significant difference in Meta1,Meta3,Meta4,Meta5 and Arch(P0.05) in left feet and in Toe1,Meta3,Meta4 and Heel Medial(P0.05) in right feet.In terms of impulse,there were highly significant difference in Meta2,Meta4,Meta5 and Heel lateral(P0.05) in left feet and in Toe2-5,Meta2,Meta3,Meta4,Meta5,Heel Medial and Heel Lateral(P0.05) in right feet,the normal foot group was bigger.Conclusion For the cause of avoiding to the foot injury induced by no arch in flat foot,the persons with flat foot may decrease the stride and reduce the time to contact the ground,then decrease the pressure and impulse,so form their own special foot pressure and gait features.
