摘要
采用自主开发的非水基凝胶注模工艺,对高速钢粉末进行了凝胶注模的研究。所开发的非水基凝胶注模体系能够为金属粉末的成形开辟一种新型的方法。
A new developed non-aqueous gelcasting was applied to produce high-speed steel powder products. The products were obtained with complex shape, appropriate nitrogenous, and relative density of 92.4%, hardness of HRB 80, tensile strength of 390 MPa. It proved that the new non-aqueous gelcasting process can successfully apply to the molding of metal powder.
