摘要
文明是人类社会要达到的有秩序、公平合理的高级发展阶段,制度文明是国家文明建设的核心。邓小平是我国强调从文明的层次上和文明发展的要求上进行社会主义建设的第一人。他提出的以制度建设为核心、以体制建设为保障的制度文明建设思想对我国和谐社会建设有重大的现实意义。和谐社会建设必须把实现社会主义本质要求作为制度安排的核心,注重体制与制度的统一,把可操作的具体制度建设作为制度建设的重点。
The civilization is a deluxe development stage, a well-ordered, fair, and reasonable stage, for mankind＇s society attain. The system civilization is the core of the construction of national civilization. Deng Xiao-ping is the first person in our country who emphasizes carrying out the socialism construction from the top level of the civilization and from the request of the civilization development. He puts forward of a construction thought for the system civilization that considers the system construction as the core and the system construction as the guarantee. This thought has an important realistic meaning to our construction of harmonious society. The harmonious and social construction has to chase to carry out the socialism essence＇s request as the core of system arrangement, pay attention to the integrity of one system and another, and consider the concrete system construction that can be operated as the key point of system construction.
