摘要
文章用已知的9种植物防御素基因为对照,根据DFCI数据库中28种植物的相关数据,进行BLAST同源性比对,在24种植物中预测出115种新的类植物防御素基因。对它们进行序列比对、信号肽预测和进化树分析的结果表明:他们与已知的植物防御素有很高的同源性,且具备植物防御素的基本特征。
With defined nine plant defensins as references, twenty eight plant species database had been searched in the DFCI by BLAST to find the homologous sequences. One hundred and fifteen new plant defensin-like genes had been found in twenty four species. The results of sequences alignment, signal P and phyligenetic analysis indicated that all the one hundred and fifteen defensin-like genes showed high homology and had the basic characteristics of plant defensin.
