摘要
在合理的假设基础上,通过建立的多轴向经编针织(MWK)增强结构单元体模型,推导出了几何结构参数之间以及与加工工艺参数之间的关系,并分析通过控制MWK的微观结构经编束缚的种类、束缚纱与增强纱的线密度之比、斜向纱线的取向和线密度等来调整工艺参数,建立了MWK增强结构纤维体积分数的理论公式,经验证理论值与实测结果吻合良好.
Based on reasonable geometric hypothesis, a new unit cell model for multiaxial warp-knitting (MWK) reinforcement structure performs is set parameters and process variables. The process up to give out the relationship among geometric variables can be adjusted with controlling the microstructure of MWK performs such as the type of stitch yarn, the ratio of stitch-to-insertion yarn linear density, the orientation and density of bias yarn. An equation of fiber volume fraction of MWK performs is introduced with good agreement between theoretic and experimental results.
