摘要
通过对大型预焙槽启动后期管理工艺的分析研究,总结提出区别于传统的、适合300kA以上大型预焙阳极电解槽的启动后期管理工艺路线。对某铝厂SY300型预焙铝电解槽进行了启动后期管理的工业试验,考察启动后期电解槽各项平衡的建立、电解槽的变化、炉膛建立、生产指标完成情况等,对管理方案进行实验验证。提出并肯定了启动后期管理工艺方案,指出启动后期管理中应避免的一些问题和方法,对今后电解生产有一定指导意义。
On the basis of 300kA large prebaked cell for aluminum - reduction, we systematicly studied on all sorts of equation to manage in the starting - up later time ect. The production cycle and production technology were determined on by commercial test of starting - up later time of SY300kA large prebaked cell for aluminum- reduction in an aluminum smelter. The correlative factors were considered for example all kinds of formation of bal- ance, change of eletrolysis cell, situation of melting cavity and production quota and so on. At the same time, we showed clearly some avoidable prob- lems and presented the resolvents in order to direct the work in the future.
