C-Reaction Protein Change and the Effect of Exercise for Obesity

摘要 肥胖是导致心血管疾病的独立危险因素,而C-反应蛋白是预测心血管疾病的最佳指标,用C-反应蛋白的变化来反映体育锻炼对肥胖人群心血管疾病患病风险及其治疗效果进行评价,有利于更好地指导肥胖人群进行体育锻炼。 Obesity is cardiovascular paroxysm independently dangerous factor, and CRP is the best target to predict cardiovascular disease. Use C-reaction protein to reflect the effect of exercise and to forecast the risk of catch cardiovascular disease and its treatment result, for the convenience of obese people to do physical exercise.
