摘要
针对混合动力汽车电池管理系统的特点,设计了基于控制器局域网(CAN)总线的混合动力汽车电池管理系统的电控单元(ECU),给出了基于CAN总线的混合动力汽车电池管理系统主要模块的详细硬件电路图,以及部分主要模块的程序流程图。在金快乐6D-80型蓄电池上做的试验表明,本系统能精确地计算出剩余电量,并且能保证整车的实时性要求。
An ECU( Electronic Control Unit) for battery management system of hybrid vehicle was designed based on CAN( Controller Area Network) bus according to characteristic of hybrid vehicle. Main module flow and detailed hardware circuit of battery management system for hybrid vehicle on the basis of CAN bus were presented. The results on battery of model 6D-80 show that the system designed in this paper can calculate energy remained of battery precisely, and can satisfy real-time requirements of vehicle.
