摘要
针对目前废气涡轮增压发动机在低速工况时,输出转矩较低,发动机不能同时兼顾高低速性能的情况,提出采用集成式启动/发电机系统(ISAD系统,即发动机、发电机/电动机一体化技术)直接安装在发动机曲轴输出端,除了使其实现发动机正常启动及替代原发电机功能外,还要弥补发动机低速输出转矩不足的缺陷,而且还要将其制动能量回收利用。本文基于ISAD系统的特点设计了ISAD控制系统的电控单元ECU,并且详细讨论了其硬件设计方法以及部分主要模块和算法的程序流程图。
This paper focuses on the problem that the turbocharged diesel engine can not produce enough torque at low speed. To solve this problem the ISAD( integrated starter alternator damper) system is proposed, which is directly fixed on the output end of the crankshaft as the flywheel of the turbocharged diesel engine,to complete the torque at low speed. The electronic control unit is presented which focused on the characteristic of the ISAD system. The method of the circuit integrated design of the electronic control unit is discussed, The main module of the program of the ISAD system and the algorithms are also provided.
