摘要 目的:探讨Survivin蛋白和Fas蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达和意义。方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测62例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及10例正常膀胱粘膜组织中Survivin蛋白和Fas蛋白的表达。结果:10例正常膀胱粘膜组织中Fas蛋白表达均为阳性,Survivin蛋白表达均为阴性;Fas在膀胱移行细胞癌中阳性表达率为46.77%(29/62),肿瘤不同分级中随恶性程度的增高,表达减少,Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),不同临床分期中随分期的增高,表达减少,Tis^T1与T2~T4比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);Survivin蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中阳性表达率为56.5%(35/62),肿瘤不同分级中随恶性程度的增高,表达增高(P<0.05),不同临床分期中随分期的增高,表达增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);Fas蛋白和Survivin蛋白表达负相关(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin蛋白和Fas蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用,其异常表达可作为膀胱移行细胞癌肿瘤标志物。 Objective:To investigate the expression of survivin and Fas in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) and their clinical significance. Methods:The expressions of survivin and Fas were examined with S - P immunohistochemistry in 10 subjects with normal urinary bladder tissues and 62 cases of bladder TCC. The results of both groups were compared each other. Results: All normal urinary bladder tissues showed positive staining of Fas protein and negative staining of survivin. The positive rate of Fas in 62 cases of bladder TCC was 46.77%. The difference of positive rate between grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅲ cases was significant(P〈0.05) and between Tis~T1 and T2~T4 cases showed a decreased trend but without significance(P〉0. 05). The positive rate of survivin in 62 cases of bladder TCC was 56.5%. The difference of positive rate between grade I and Ⅲ grade cases was significant(P〈0.05) and between Tis~T1 and T2~T4 was also significant(P〈0. 05). The expression of survivin protein was reversely correlated with that of Fas protein (P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The abnormal expression of Fas protein and survivin protein play an important role in the occurrence and progress of bladder TCC and it can be regarded as a useful diagnostic marker for bladder TCC.
