摘要
套管钻井中套管柱疲劳寿命分析是进行钻井工程设计的一项重要研究工作。文章对套管柱组合在不同钻压、转速下的动力学问题进行分析的基础上,获得了不同钻井参数下的套管柱应力、应变以及接触应力等参数的变化规律,利用ANSYS软件疲劳寿命分析模块,建立了套管钻井中套管柱的疲劳寿命分析方法,并进行了实例计算。为在套管钻井作业中合理地选择钻具组合和钻井参数提供了理论依据。
It′s very important to analyze dynamics of case pipe during casing drilling design. In this paper, an analysis method of dynamics was proposed to solve dynamics response of bottom-hole case pipe assembly based on finite element analysis, and some examples were analyzed. The computational result demonstrated the rule of stress, strain and contact pressure of case pipe. With the application of finite element analysis, a theoretically basis was provided for the technology of drilling parameters selection.
