摘要
美国心脏病学会、美国心脏学会和欧洲心脏病学会(ACC/AHA/ESC)联合发布的2006年心房颤动(简称房颤)指南,是在2001年房颤指南的基础上,结合近期发表的大量大规模临床试验证据进行的修订,包括血栓的预防、控制室率与窦性心律转复的药物治疗以及射频消融治疗心房颤动。
The 2006 edition of atrial fibrillation-control guidelines issued by the American Cardiology College, American Cardiological Association, and European Cardiological Association has been revised on the basis of the 2001 edition as well as a great deal of large scale clinical trial evidences. The contents of the guideline include the prevention of thrombosis, medication for ventricular rate control and sinus rhythm conversion as well as atrial fibrillation treatment by the radiofrequency ablation technique.
