摘要 介绍了红外检测及时发现支柱绝缘子温度异常,同时结合现场异常放电声,判断隔离开关支柱绝缘子存在严重缺陷并及时组织处理的过程。通过检查和分析确定,隔离开关支柱绝缘子断裂的主要原因是绝缘子质量不良所致。介绍了应采取的预防绝缘子断裂的措施,探讨了红外检测对发现隔离开关绝缘子断裂的有效性。 This paper introduced the unusual temperature in the insulator of 110 kV disconnector discovered by infrared detection. Combined with the abnormal discharge sound of the insulator, a serious defect in the insulator of disconnector was judged and disposed timely to avoid the occurrence of an accident of the disconnector. The reason, which caused breakage in the insulator of disconnector, was analyzed, and some measures were taken. And the validity of infrared detection to discover the breakage in insulator of disconnector was discussed.
