支柱瓷绝缘子损伤检测技术的研究现状 被引量:7

摘要 支柱瓷绝缘子在长期运行过程中,由于多种应力作用,容易产生裂纹,严重影响电网的运行安全。为了确保支柱瓷绝缘子的安全可靠运行,开展支柱瓷绝缘子无损检测方法的研究显得尤为重要。介绍了支柱瓷绝缘的损伤机理,总结了目前常用的几种支柱瓷绝缘子的检测方法,通过对每种方法的检测原理和优缺点进行分析对比,阐述了检测不同缺陷所适用的检测手段,提出了支柱瓷绝缘子无损检测方法的发展趋势。 In the long-term operation process, post porcelain insulators may produce crack easily becauseof various stress function, which would affect the operation security of power grid. It is very importantto research the non-destructive detection methods to ensure the safe and reliable operation of postporcelain insulators. The damage mechanism of post porcelain insulators was introduced, and severalcommon detection methods at present were summarized. The detection methods, which are suitable fordifferent flaws, were described by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of every detectionmethods. The development tendency of non-destructive detection methods for post porcelain insulator wasproposed.
