摘要
报道了黄山产五步蛇醇提物对大鼠细胞免疫与细胞因子的影响。方法将五步蛇肉泥、乙醇抽提物给大鼠灌喂，连续１４天处死，取脾分离，行淋巴细胞增殖反应等试验。结果５０％五步蛇醇提物灌胃（１０ｍｌ／ｋｇ）后，可以使大鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应加强，ＩＬ－２和ＩＦＮ－γ水平也明显提高。结论黄山五步蛇醇提物对大鼠免疫功能有调节作用。
bjective To study the effects of Huang Shan Agkistrodon acutus on cellular immunity and cytokines in rats.Methods The rats were given ethanol extract of minced flesh of Agkistrodon acutus by stomach tube feeding daily for 14 days. The proliferation reaction of the spleen lymphoctes and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ were then determined.Results After adminstration of 50% concentration of ethanol extract of Agkistrodon acutus (10ml/kg) the proliferation reaction of the lymphocytes increased significantly (p<0.01),and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ also increased significantly (p<0.01). Conclusion Ethanol extract of Agkistrodon can promote lymphocyte proliferation, and increase the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ.
