摘要
目的对中药蕲蛇的炮制、服用方法、药理作用和药效物质基础进行研究。方法对与中药蕲蛇炮制、服用方法、药理作用和药效物质基础相关的文献进行综述。结果蕲蛇按炮制方法的不同可以分为蕲蛇、蕲蛇肉和酒蕲蛇,服用方法大致分为研磨吞服、煮散剂,水煎服和酒剂。蕲蛇具有抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤的药理作用,主要物质基础包含蛋白质和氨基酸类成分、磷脂类成分以及核苷类成分。结论蕲蛇的药理作用和药效物质基础还需要进行深入的研究。
Objective Research for the prepare,taking method,pharmacological effects and medicinal material base of agkistrodon. Methods Search the document and summarized for the prepare,taking method,pharmacological effects and medicinal material base of agkistrodon. Results According to the different processing methods can be divided into whole agkistrodon,agkistrodon meat and wine agkistrodon. Taking methods could be roughly divided into grinding powder and swallow directly,grinding powder boiled and take,water decoction and medicinal liquor. Agkistrodon has anti-inflammatory analgesic,antitumor pharmacological effects,the main material foundation contains compositions of proteins and amino acids,phospholipid and nucleotide. Conclusion The pharmacological effects and therapeutic effects of agkistrodon material base still needs further research.
