摘要
对临床上具有严重呼吸道症状的的广东某猪场进行了细菌的分离培养,对分离菌株的生化、生物学特征进行鉴定。该株细菌在菌落形态、染色镜检、"卫星现象"、CAMP试验、V因子依赖试验、生化试验及PCR的鉴定结果都与App趋于一致,可以判定分离的细菌即为App,在此基础上对分离菌进行药敏试验,为生产用药提供科学依据。
This study took the bacterium that was separated by author from swine field of Guangdong which had serious symptomatic of respiratory as the research object,and identified the biochemical .biological character of the bacterium.The isolated bacterium was concluded as Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae by Colonial Morphology Thallus Coloretur test：under Microscope.“Satellite Phenomenon”test. CAMP test .V Determiner Relying test .Biochemistry Qualification test and PCR.Susceptibility test was designed for the isolated bacterium,which could provide scientific evidence for the medication of the production.
