摘要
设计5个氮肥水平的盆栽试验,并测定不同时期和不同氮肥水平墨西哥玉米的SPAD值和部分农艺性状,以探讨墨西哥玉米的SPAD值与部分农艺性状与品质的相关性。结果表明,墨西哥玉米的SPAD值与分蘖数、株高、产量和粗蛋白质含量都是随着施氮量的增加而提高,而分蘖数则随着氮肥水平的进一步增加而降低;墨西哥玉米的分蘖数、株高和产量是随着牧草的生长而提高,而SPAD值和茎叶粗蛋白质含量是随着牧草的生长而逐步降低。墨西哥玉米的SPAD值与分蘖数相关性最小且都不显著,与施氮水平、产量和茎叶粗蛋白含量相关性达到或接近显著水平,与株高相关性最大,在某些时期达到显著或极显著水平。
Pot experiments were conducted by using Euchlaena Mexicana Schard applied with 5 nitrogen levels in different time periods to investigate the correlation among the SPAD value, agro-traits and quality of E. Mexicana Schard . The experiment included 5 treatments with 3 replicates for each treatment. The results showed that the SPAD value, tiller number, plant height, yield and protein content increased with increasing nitrogen. But, tiller number decreased when more nitrogen was applied. Tiller number, plant height and yield of E. Mexicana Schard increased as it grew, however, the SPAD value and protein content in stems and leaves decreased during the same period. The SPAD value showed no significant correlation with the number of tillers. It had a significant or close correlation with the nitrogen level, yield and crude protein content in stems and leaves. The most significant correlation existed between SPAD and the plant height.
