摘要
对螺旋角为12,°18,°30,°40°的单螺旋折流板换热器进行传热性能和壳程压力降性能测试,并应用英国传热协会的换热器计算软件对螺旋折流板换热器进行计算,得到了相应结构下的总传热系数和压力降。然后通过对试验数据的整理分析,并进行曲线回归,得到了壳程对流换热系数和压力降的经验计算公式,该公式可以为螺旋折流板换热器设计计算和数值模拟提供一定的参考价值。
Performance test of heat transfer and pressure drop was done in the spiral baffle heat exchangers with spiral angle of 12°, 18° ,30° and 40°. Applying a software of British Heat Transfer Association, the value of heat coefficient and pressure drop were obtained. Then through the collation of experimental data analysis, and regression curves, we obtained some experience formulas of shell - side heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop, these formulas could provide with some reference value for spiral baffle heat exchanger design and numerical simulation.
