摘要
冷战结束后,由于两极格局消失,非洲国家的战略地位有所下降,进而在国际政治经济舞台上面临着被"边缘化"的危险。21世纪的非洲要摆脱落后,获得发展,除需要非洲各国维护非洲安定,振兴非洲经济外,也需要非洲各国彼此协调,保持相互间的团结。中国作为发展中国家的一员,非常重视加强与非洲各国的关系。加强南南合作,缩小南北差距,建立公正合理的国际新秩序是中非共同的愿望。中非关系不断发展,不仅有利于中国和非洲的发展进步,而且有利于促进发展中国家的团结合作,有利于推动建设一个持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界。
After the Cold War, the strategic position of African nations has to descend because of the disappearance of two poles. Africa faces the danger of being “the edge turn” on the international stage of politics and economy. All the African nations should maintain the stability and develop the economy, moderate each other and keep corporation for getting away from falling behind, acquiring the development in the 21st century. As a developing country, China attaches great importance to her relations with Africa. China and Africa share common wishes of establishing a just and rational international political and economic order. Building strong ties between China and Africa will not only promote the development of both sides, but also help cement the unity and cooperation among the developing countries, contribute to durable peace and harmonious development in the world.
