摘要
1993~1994年研究了田间生长条件下5个玉米杂交种棒3叶的光合强度(Pa)、比叶重(SLW)、叶氮量(NLA)、叶肉厚度(LT)、气孔密度(SF)、维管束密度(VBF)等光合性状。结果表明:(1)各杂交种棒3叶的Pa高峰均出现在吐丝期,不同杂交种从吐丝期到成熟期的Pa动态变化不同,SLW、NLA的动态变化趋势相似。(2)不同玉米杂交种的Pa、SLW、NLA、LT、SF、VBF表现差异显著。(3)玉米吐丝期棒3叶的SLW、NLA、LT、SF、VBF与Pa均呈显著正相关,对棒3叶Pa的贡献是:NLA>SLW>LT>SF>VBF。(4)Pa、SLW、NLA、MF属于数量性状遗传,SF、VBF属于质量性状遗传。
Apparent photosynthetic rate(PR),specific leaf weight (SLW),nitrogen contents of leaf(NCL),leaf thickness(LT),stomatal density (SD) and vascular bundle density(VBD) were determined for three earleaves of corns that grew in a field in 1993-1994.The results showed:(1)dynamic change of different hybrids varied from silking stage to maturity, the tendency of SLW and NCL was similar;(2)the difference of PR,SLW,NCL,LT,SD and VBD was significant for different hybrids;(3)SLW,NCL,LT,SD and VBD of three earleaves were positively correlated with PR at silking stage, the contribution of which to three earleaves was NCL>SLW>LT>SD>VBD;(4)PR,SLW,NCL and LT belonged to quantitative heredity, SD and VBD belonged to qualitative genetics.
