摘要
采用美国LI-COR公司生产的LI-6400便携式光合测定系统对虎杖的光合生理特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)虎杖的光补偿点为64 ̄75μmol/(m2·s),光饱和点为390 ̄600μmol/(m·2s),表观量子利用效率为0.0272 ̄0.0387,对弱光的利用能力不强。(2)CO2补偿点为105 ̄120μmol/mol,CO2饱和点为930 ̄1051μmol/mol,羧化效率为0.0365 ̄0.0459。(3)虎杖的净光合速率日变化呈“单峰型”曲线,日最大光合速率为15.0±1.8μmol/(m·2s),其净光合速率最高值出现在9:00左右。在供试的五个材料中,以组培苗地栽的光合特性最强,而贵州凯里光合特性最差。
The studies on Physiological characteristics of photosynthetic of Polygonum cuspidatum sieb.et zucc selected for ornamental culture were measure with the Licor-6400 portable photosynthetic system. The results showed that: (1)The light compensate point (LCP) of Polygonum cuspidatum was 64μmol/(m^2·s) to 75μmol/(m^2·s), and the light saturate point(LSP) was 390μmol/(m^2·s) to 500μmol/(m^2·s), and the apparent quantum efficiency between 0.0272 and 0.0387, these showed that the Polygonum cuspidatum had the weaker utilization efficiency on weak light. (2) The CO2 compensate concentration of photosynthesis was 1051μmol/mol to 120μmol/mol, and the CO2 saturate concentration of photosynthesis was 930μmol/mol to 1051μmol/mol, the carboxylation efficiency was between 0.0365 and 0.0459. (3) The results showed that daily variation of net photosynthetic rate in leaves presented a single peak curve, and the peak value of the net photosynthetic rate was 15.0 +1.8μmol/(m^2·s), occurred about at 9:00. Among the five test materials, the results showed that the photosynthetic characteristics was the strongest for the tissuecultured plantlets cultivation in the land, and the Guizhou Kaili's was the worst.
