摘要
指出房屋裂缝已成为房屋质量投诉的热点问题,介绍了房屋裂缝的种类,对房屋裂缝产生的原因进行了仔细分析,提出了裂缝的处理方法,以解决房屋的裂缝问题,进一步减少质量投诉与工程质量通病。
In view of building cracks, which has become hot issue in house quality complains in recent years the types of building cracks axe introduced. Based upon analysis of the reasons caused those cracks corresponding treatment methods are proposed, in order to resolve this kind of defects to reduce quality complains and common quality defects.
