摘要
对刚性屋面和柔性屋面的屋面渗漏现象及原因进行了分析,并从材料要求、设计要求、施工方法几方面阐述了屋面渗漏的防治和控制措施,最后介绍了一种新的防水措施倒置式防水施工工艺,以保证屋面防水工程的质量。
Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the leakage of rigid and flexible roof, from specifications on materials, design, construction method and other aspects prevention and control measures of roof leakage are elaborated. In addition, one new waterproof measure-inversion waterproofing technique is introduced to ensure engineering quality of roof waterproof engineering.
