摘要
教师的创新素质包括创新意识、创新能力和创新思维。其中创新思维是创新素质的基础和核心,建立科学有效的创新思维评估体系是了解、激励和引导高校教师创新思维的重要方面。而这方面的工作各高校目前做得还不够,还需要从创新思维评估体系的特征、评估指标和评估系统几方面进行思考和探讨。
Apart from innovation awareness and innovation capability, teachers＇ innovation quality involves the primary and focus factor, innovation thoughts. The establishment of effective innovation thoughts evaluation system is important in finding out and inspiring innovation thoughts of college teachers. As to the characteristics and index of the evaluation, colleges need to do more research.
