摘要
针对建设工程投标的重要性,阐述了拟投工程标段和编制投标书过程中应注意的问题,分析了通常情况下的几种投标策略,提出了应该采取的投标方法,以达到中标的目的,从而给施工企业带来较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the importance of construction project tender bid, it represents the problems should attention in the process of quasi-tender bid project section and regimentation tender bid document, analyses the kinds of tender bid strategy in common situation, and puts forward the tender bid method that should adopt, to get the purpose of tender, and this makes better economical and society benefits to construction enterprise.
