摘要
采用水培法,研究了25μmol·L-1和50μmol·L-1镉胁迫处理对红果龙葵(Solanum alatum Moench)幼苗根长、叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明:镉胁迫抑制幼苗根长和叶绿素合成,增加叶片丙二醛和脯氨酸含量。处理0~4d,对幼苗的影响不明显,而处理6d时,对幼苗的影响趋势明显。与对照相比,根长下降4.22%和4.71%,叶绿素含量是对照的55.50%和51.68%、丙二醛含量是对照的117.00%和154.50%、脯氨酸含量较对照升高354.96%和480.69%,50μmol·L-1镉胁迫处理6d时对幼苗有明显的毒害效应。
Effects of cadmium stress on root length, chlorophyll contents, Pro and MDA in Solanum alarum Moench seedlings were studied with water culture. The result indicated that the root length and the chlorophyll contents of seedlings were inhibited by cadmium stress, the MDA concents and Pro concents of seedlings increased. Solanum alarum Moench seedlings were not obviously effected for the first four days of treatment, however, in six days, were notably effected under the 25μmol·L^-l and 50μmol·L^-l. Compared with control, root length decreased by 4.22% and 4.71%, the chlorophyll content was 55.50% and 51.68 %, MDA content was 117.00% and 154.50% and Pro content increased 354.96% and 480.69%. Cadmium concentration of 50μmol·L^-1 in six days had certain poison effects on Solanum alarum Moench seedlings.
